Baby Elizabeth is Here

On March 17th, 2016 at 5:28 a.m. we welcomed to the world Elizabeth McKenzie.

She was born by cesarean section and Mrs. BroJo is doing fantastic. Elizabeth was born at 26 weeks and 2 days, so she is in the NICU unit. She has done great the last few days and seems to be improving each time we go to visit.

Mrs. BroJo will be discharged tomorrow, and I will go back to work on Tuesday. Baby Elizabeth (we welcome all nickname ideas!) will be here for a while.

Here are the pictures I have so far…

Some of you may have noticed that I have unpublished my Facebook Blog Page. We have reason to believe there may be some unwanted privacy problems, so I also plan on switching my blog to private after a few days. No big deal, and maybe even nonexistent, but I don’t want to take any chances. All updates will move to our personal Facebook pages.

Please don’t “friend” either of us just for the sake of it. Thank you for all of your support!

Love,

BroJo, Mrs. BroJo and Baby

  1. Woo-Hoo! The adventure continues and the excitement level increases!! Gotta warn you: THIS is how you’ll think of her, no matter how old she gets. And you’ll never, never cease to be concerned about her. And you’ll always remember that THIS is the one who made you a dad.

Just a little taste of how our Heavenly Parents think of us, and why Father and Christ are so anxious to bless us.

Congratulations to you and Mrs Brojo! Sleep deprivation will be FUN!

  2. Congratulations! What a beautiful little one you have there. Take care of yourselves, each other. Our first born was also born at 26 weeks and spend some time in the NICU. Stay strong and enjoy your sweet little one.
