Sunday Night

It’s Sunday night and my wife is baking cookies. Guess what? They’re not vegan, non-gmo, gluten-free or no-sugar-added. Nope, they’re the kind you make from Duncan Hines cake mix. (Cake mix was a gift from our wedding, and we only made the cookies because it was Sunday and we didn’t want to go out and spend any money) They smell wonderful and will hopefully taste even better.

I’ve spent the better part of the day in bed. I wasn’t feeling the best when I went to bed last night or this morning. I decided some much-needed rest and relaxation was needed after not getting much sleep this past week. After a nice hot shower, and trying on my Christmas gift from my brother…

…I’m feeling much better.

We have some news to share, but aren’t prepared to share it quite yet.

It will be coming soon…

  1. Oh good. Real cookies. What the heck is the point of all this no-whatever crap. I swear I saw a no-sugar, no-gluten, no-bake vegan cookie recipe a couple of weeks back and nearly rage quit the internet. What on earth are you left with??????????
